Bruin Baseball 1-0

We are into spring sports officially throughout Northeast Oklahoma, as winter sports have wrapped up for the most part across the area.
Bartlesville High baseball started its season with a bang. BHS beat Tulsa NOAH during its opener on Saturday at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium, 4-3
BHS won despite committed five errors defensively. The Bruins out-hit NOAH 5-4. Hunter Shae got the victory on the mound. He went 5.1 and allowed only three hits and two walks to go with seven strikeouts. All four of NOAH’s runs were unearned.
The Bruins return to the diamond on Monday, as BHS goes on the road to face Sapulpa this evening at 5:00.
