Copan and WCS Big 8-Man Game on Friday

Mid way point of the high school football season is coming up on Friday night, as we will be getting into the second week of District play for most football teams across the area.
Copan is 1-0 in District action after a blowout win this past weekend. This week, Copan faces Wesleyan Christian School in Bartlesville in a battle for Class C District 3 supremacy.
Copan blew out Bluejacket this past Friday. It was a 68-20 run-rule win where everyone got a chance to play and play well.

Weston O’Rourke had 171 yards on eight carries. Teagan Caron had six carries for four touchdowns. Kane Foreman went for more than 100 yards through the air. Marshall Foreman said he could have listed the whole team in the performance.
Now it is on to Wesleyan Christian School, a team that beat Copan by 49 points last year. The two schools have a lot of recent history, with a co-op a few years ago just to field teams, to now both being at the top of the Class C-3.
Foreman talks about what his team will have in store when they face the Mustangs this weekend.
A 7:00 kick off Silver Lake in Bartlesville – the area 8-man game of the year.
