Dewey Looks to Break Losing Skid at Bristow

The Dewey Bulldoggers have hit a bit of a snag recently after winning their season opener against Nowata. For Dewey, they sit at 1-3, 0-1 in district play, with all three losses coming in succession to one another. Last Friday the Bulldoggers had their district opener against Jay in a game that would unfortunately not go Dewey’s way as they lost 45-15.

For Dewey, untimely first half turnovers told the story in what was an eventual loss. Head Coach Ryan Richardson shared his thoughts on last week's game.

Now Dewey looks ahead to a Friday night road matchup against a 2-2 Bristow squad who is currently on a two-game win streak. Richardson says that they are a tough team to defend but feels like this is one they steal on the road.

Richardson shares his keys to a Dewey Friday night win.

Dewey is vying for their first district win Friday night in a game that will kick off at 7 pm in Bristow.
