Doggers Head to Morris for Regular Season Finale

The Dewey Bulldoggers enter week 10 with their playoff fate already determined. The Doggers already know that they have clinched the No. 3 seed in 2A-3. Dewey also knows that it will have a rematch with Adair on November 15th to open the playoffs. Despite all of this the Doggers are gunning for a historic seventh win on Friday at Morris. Here’s Dewey head coach Trent Turner.
This would be quite the accomplishment given that the Doggers went just 2-8 in the 2018 season. Quarterback Kale Carner has been a huge part of that resurgence. In seven starts last season Carner had just seven touchdowns. This year Carner has totaled 29 touchdowns combined between passing and rushing.
With the playoffs on the horizon Turner does not want to hold anything back against the Eagles. Morris is 1-6 in district this season. No radio for Dewey this week but we will have the Doggers in the playoffs on KWON AM 1400—FM 93.3. (Nowata will be aired on KRIG 104.9 FM)
