Indians Baseball Splits in Pryor

The Doenges Toyota Indians split a doubleheader in Pryor on Monday night with Tulsa Sandlot.
The Indians took a thrilling first game, 10-9, and fell in game two, 11-0.
The Indians got down 5-0 after two innings before mounting their first comeback of the game. The Tribe put four runs on the board in the third and two more in the fourth to take a 6-5 lead.
Down 9-6 after four full innings, the Tribe put another comeback effort together. Bryce Leulf got that started with this knock in the fifth, followed by a smooth deke at third by Grant Clark.
Leulf finished the game with two RBI, that was his only hit of the game.
The Indians took a 10-9 lead in the sixth on an Adrian O'Dell walk.
The bats cooled off in game two for the Tribe. They were held to just two hits as Tulsa Sandlot kept swinging hot bats. Sandlot scored five runs in the sixth inning to put the game out of reach.
Grant Clark was a bright spot on the mound for the Indians, he struck out six over five innings. He picked up this strikeout to help get out of a jam in the third.
The Indians move to 12-21 on the summer after Monday night's split. The Tribe will be right back at it on Tuesday night at home at Rigdon Field, for another doubleheader against DBAT Tulsa. First pitch is set for 5:45 p.m.
