The Doenges Ford Indians are off one more day until the 2022 Glen Winget Tournament kicks off on Friday morning in downtown Bartlesville.

The Tribe are having a special pre-tournament night on Thursday at the ballpark.

The Indians are going to take batting practice under the lights at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium to get ready for the event. All children in the community are invited to shag balls on the field during the batting practice, which will start around 8:20 PM.

Bartlesville is 18-8-1 on the year, and has saved up its pitching to try to give the club its best shot at the Wignet.

Manager John Pannell says winning the tournament is the goal.

Game one for the Tribe on Friday night at 8:00. We will have coverage of the Indians games all weekend long on KWON – AM 1400, FM 93.3 and 95.1 along with KWONTV.com.
