OK-State Stepping Up Recruiting

 

Still talking about Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy at the Big 12 Media Days earlier this week.

OK-State looking to turn things around following a winless Big 12 season a year ago. All new assistant coaches this fall for the Pokes, and they took a step in recruiting. Oklahoma State’s transfer portal class was ranked in the top four of the Big 12 and top 30 nationally.

Gundy says the new assistants have been focused on the recruiting trail.

In addition to a better transfer class this season, Oklahoma State signed the top two ranked Oklahoma high school recruits in the 2026 class.
