OSSAA Delays Basketball Playoffs Due to Weather

The OSSAA has announced scheduling change for the upcoming high basketball playoffs that were previously set to start on Thursday. The state athletics governing body has previously been adamant about maintaining the original schedule but with more winter weather looming schedule changes were deemed necessary.
The changes pertain to Classes B thru 4A. Class A & B regionals were set to be played starting Thursday-Friday-Saturday. These will be played Saturday- Monday-Tuesday. This will affect the Wesleyan Christian boys’ team who will play Lomega in the Agra Regional on Saturday at a time to be determined.
2A-4A district playoffs will be pushed back three days. Those contests will now be played on Monday and Tuesday of next week
