Pokes Look to Avenge 2016 Central Michigan

Oklahoma State football begins on Thursday night, as the Cowboys are only two days away from trying to avenge their 2016 loss to Central Michigan.

Mike Gundy is at 149 career wins, and as he noted during his weekly press conference, he would be at 150 had the Pokes held off the Chippewas during a wild 30-27 loss six years ago.

The officials ruled an intentional grounding penalty on OK-State should give CMU an extra play, which was incorrect. The extra play allowed Central Michigan to score as time expired.

Gundy talks about his memory of the ordeal.

A 6:00 kick on Thursday night on KWON – AM 1400, FM 93.3 and 95.1.
